以巯基棉富集痕量元素是最近十年在国内外发展起来的一种有效分离技术,它具有富集倍数大、富集速度快、选择性高等优点,广泛用于近二十种重金属及贵金属的富集及分离。但是关于铁(Ⅲ)的富集条件尚未见报导本文对巯基棉富集铁(Ⅲ)的条件作了初步研究,发现微量铁(Ⅲ)在PH值为5~8的条件下能为巯基棉定量吸附,0.1g巯基棉的饱和吸附量为87μg 5ml 1M盐酸溶液能将吸附的铁(Ⅲ)100%洗脱。用原子吸收光谱法对水样的测定结果表明,该法的精密度及准确度均符合要求。
The enrichment of trace elements by sulfhydryl cotton is an effective separation technology developed at home and abroad in recent ten years. It has the advantages of large enrichment factor, high enrichment rate and high selectivity. It is widely used in nearly 20 kinds of heavy metals and Precious metal enrichment and separation. However, the conditions for the enrichment of iron (III) have not been reported yet. The conditions for the enrichment of iron (III) by sulfhydryl cotton have been studied. It is found that the iron (III) Quantitative adsorption, 0.1g thiol cotton saturated adsorption capacity of 87μg 5ml 1M hydrochloric acid solution can be adsorbed iron (Ⅲ) 100%. The atomic absorption spectrometry water sample results show that the method of precision and accuracy are in line with the requirements.
