由于历史原因,我县初中教师的教学水平比较低。为改变这种状况,几年来,我们把提高初中教师教学水平作为一项重要工作来抓,积极开展教学研究,取得了一定的成绩。为了把全体初中教师都组织到教学研究活动中来,从1981年起,我们在全县开展了“一堂课”的教学研究活动。规定每学期每个任课教师要围绕一个研究专题上好一堂试验课,每个教研组要有针对性地组织一堂示范课。每堂试教课,教研组要组织集体备课,认真学习有关教育理论文章,学习大纲,钻研教材,共同商讨教法,然后由教师个人备课施教。学校领导教先行课,有经验的教师教示范课,青年教师上汇报课。
Due to historical reasons, my county junior high school teachers teaching level is relatively low. In order to change this situation, in the past few years, we have made gratifying efforts to improve the teaching level of junior high school teachers and have actively carried out teaching and research and achieved some success. In order to organize all junior high school teachers into teaching and research activities, we have conducted “one class” teaching and research activities in the county since 1981. It is stipulated that every teacher in each semester should take a pilot class around a research topic and each teaching and research group should organize a demonstration lesson in a targeted manner. Each trial teaching, teaching and research group to organize collective lesson preparation, conscientiously study the relevant educational theory articles, study outline, study materials, to discuss the teaching of law, and then by individual teachers lesson preparation. Leading the school to teach first class, experienced teacher teaching demonstration classes, young teachers to report classes.
