追逐着高分，追逐着偶像，追逐着加薪，我们没有时间留意脚下的小草青翠，我们没有空暇看一眼翩翩蝴蝶，甚至连今天是阴是晴也没有察觉，更不用说走进公园，走到郊外，投入大自然的怀抱。
其实只要你稍加留意，就会看到池上碧苔三四点，听见叶底黄鹂一两声。叶绿花红，鸢飞鱼跃，离你并不遥远；蝉鸟和鸣，莺歌燕语就在你身边。更不用说远处那透明的鱼、蹦蹦跳跳的鱼，那忠诚的蚂蚁卫士，还有小小空间里的数百种生命。那是一个何等精彩的世界！
来吧，拥抱大自然，你会心情大悦，你的幸福感会骤增。拥抱大自然，收获的岂止是几分曼妙，几缕草香，几点色彩，拥抱自然，便是拥抱这个世界。那么来吧，张开双臂，敞开胸怀，拥抱世界。
