Taking the IBM 370 series and 303X series high-end machines and the Japanese M-382, M-280H and S-1000 machines as examples, this paper introduces the internal structure and characteristics of the IBM 3081 processor by comparison and analysis . The author believes that the design of the internal structure of the 3081 processor is innovative.
