随着我国对外贸易业务的不断拓展,特别是加入世贸组织后,频频出现对我国反倾销立案甚至遭受索赔的问题。本文基于这样的背景,全面衡量和科学分析了我国反倾销面临的形势,提出了如何应对反倾销的对策。
With the continuous expansion of China’s foreign trade business, especially after China’s accession to the WTO, there have been frequent problems with China’s anti-dumping cases and even claims. Based on this background, this paper comprehensively measures and scientifically analyzes the situation of anti-dumping in our country and puts forward the countermeasures of how to deal with anti-dumping.
