本文在对思想政治工作与企业文化建设工作异同点分析比较的基础上,提出烟草企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设有效融合的工作思路,为新时期国有企业思想政治工作的开展指明了一条新途径。
Based on the analysis and comparison of the similarities and differences between the ideological and political work and the corporate culture construction, this paper puts forward the working train of thought for the effective integration of the ideological and political work and the corporate culture construction in the tobacco industry, pointing out a new way for the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises in the new period .
