为了探讨温度和种内标准代谢差异对鲫(Carassius auratus)幼鱼运动后过量耗氧特征的影响,分别在15和25℃下测定实验鱼的标准代谢率(SMR)和力竭运动后耗氧率(MO2),并计算力竭运动后过量耗氧总量(EPOC)、力竭恢复过程中的最大代谢率(MMR)、代谢范围和恢复时间。结果表明:与15℃相比,25℃下SMR、MMR、代谢范围和EPOC均显著升高,而恢复时间无显著差异;2个温度下,实验鱼种内个体SMR与MMR呈正相关,与EPOC呈负相关,实验温度对上述相关关系均无显著影响。由此可见,除恢复时间外,温度对鲫幼鱼力竭运动后的其他过量耗氧参数均有显著影响,但并不影响SMR与MMR和EPOC的相关性。
To investigate the effects of temperature and intraspecific metabolic differences on over-consumption of oxygen in juvenile Carassius auratus after exercise, the standard metabolic rate (SMR) and oxygen consumption after exhaustive exercise were measured at 15 and 25 ℃, respectively Rate (MO2), and calculate the total Oxygen Exhaustion (EPOC) after exhaustive exercise, maximum metabolic rate (MMR) during exhaustive recovery, metabolic range and recovery time. Thus, in addition to the recovery time, temperature had significant effects on other parameters of excessive oxygen consumption after exhaustive exercise, but it did not affect the correlation between SMR and MMR and EPOC.
