由国家科委、中宣部、新闻出版署联合举办的第二届全国优秀科技期刊评比表彰大会暨第四届全国科技期刊管理工作会议于3月24～26日在北京召开。国家科委副主任惠永正、新闻出版署副署长梁衡在开幕式上,中宣部副部长龚心瀚在闭幕上,分别作了重要讲话。这次表彰大会是在党的十四届六中全会对精神文明建设作出战略部署的形势下召开的。会议的主题是学习贯彻十四届六中全会精神,总结交流科技
The 2nd National Outstanding Sci-tech Periodical Commendation and Commendation Conference and the 4th National Scientific and Technical Periodical Managing Conference jointly organized by the State Science and Technology Commission, the Central Propaganda Department and the Press and Publication Administration were held in Beijing from March 24 to March 26. Hui Yongzheng, deputy director of the State Science and Technology Commission, and Liang Heng, deputy director of the Press and Publication Administration made the opening remarks at the closing ceremony. Gong Xinhan, Vice Minister of the Central Propaganda Department, delivered an important speech respectively. This commendation meeting was held in the situation that the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party made strategic deployment to the construction of spiritual civilization.
