各市(州)卫生计生委(卫生局),长白山管委会社管办,公主岭、梅河口市卫生局:为进一步加强我省民营医院管理,加快《关于加快吉林省非公立医疗机构发展的意见》的落实,推动我省民营医疗机构健康发展,省卫生计生委将于近期对我省民营医疗机构建设情况进行调研。有关要求如下:一、各市(州)卫生计生委(卫生局)、长白山管委会社管办、公主岭市和梅河口市卫生局按照属地化管理的原则,对辖区内医疗机构情况进行汇总,填写《吉林省医疗机构基本情况汇总表》(附件1)和《吉林省非公立医疗机构
