目的 为提供国产伊维菌素临床应用的科学依据,本文就其抗巴西日圆线虫感染及对犬钩虫卵和杆状蚴的作用进行了体内及体外的实验研究。方法 取巴西日圆线虫卵用滤纸培养法进行体外培养,收集感染性幼虫经皮接种Wistai 大鼠;采用水洗沉淀法收集钩虫卵,通过试管滤纸法培养杆状蚴。结果 伊维菌素投与量在0-1mg/kg ~0-3mg/kg,对中度感染巴西日圆线虫的大鼠具有明显的驱虫效果,0-1mg/kg 时的驱虫率为92-07 ±5-66 % ,0-3mg/kg 时的驱虫率为100% 。而左旋咪唑投与量在15mg/kg 时,才能取得与伊维菌素相同的驱虫效果。伊维菌素在0-005mg/ml~0-1mg/ml 的范围内均有杀灭钩虫卵的作用,而相同剂量的左旋咪唑未见有此作用。然而伊维菌素在0-001mg/ml~0-3mg/ml 剂量范围内对犬钩虫杆状蚴虽有一定的杀灭作用,但其效果低于相同浓度的左旋咪唑。结论 进一步揭示伊维菌素对某些寄生虫具有高效的杀灭作用。
Objective To provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of domestic ivermectin in vivo and in vitro in this paper on its resistance to infection by C. elegans and its effect on C. hooker eggs and rod larvae in vitro and in vivo. Methods In vitro culture of C. elegans eggs with filter paper was carried out. Infected larvae were collected and inoculated into Wistai rats. The hookworm eggs were collected by water washing and sedimentation. Results Ivermectin was administered in an amount of 0-1mg / kg ~ 0-3mg / kg, which was effective in deworming rats with moderate infection with C. elegans. The rate of deworming at 0-1mg / kg was 92- 07 ± 5-66%, 0-3mg / kg when the insect repellent rate was 100%. The levamisole dose of 15mg / kg, in order to obtain the same deworming effect with ivermectin. Ivermectin in the range of 0-005mg / ml ~ 0-1mg / ml kill hookworm eggs, while the same dose of levamisole did not see this effect. However, ivermectin had a certain killing effect on rod-shaped rodworm of canis in the dose range of 0-001mg / ml ~ 0-3mg / ml, but its effect was lower than that of levamisole at the same concentration. The conclusion further reveals that ivermectin has an effective killing effect on certain parasites.
