《重庆晚报》2007年12月18日报道:重庆市教委发布该市首个中小学教师职业道德的考核标准,多方面对教师师德好坏进行打分,对于有讽刺挖苦学生、接受家长贵重赠品等行为的老师将扣分,直接影响其工资、职务、职称等晋升。教师需有高尚的师德。问题是:师德可以考核吗?师德可以量化吗?量化考核可以提升师德吗?陈岳南(重庆市江北区教委德育专干):对学校教育来讲,要提高学生的道德水准,首先必须提升教师的道德水准。提升教师的道德水准,一方面,需要有一个外在的约束,什么可做,什么禁止做;另一方面,需要有一个内在参照,做什么有意义,做什么没意义。无论是约束还是参照,都需要确定一个标准。如果这个标准过于笼统,那既不便于提高管理效率,也不便于教师对照加强自我道德修养;而如果把标准细化逐项赋分,对照之下,教师该如
