本文通过对物流成本构成的理论进行初步分析,力求找出物流成本的构成规律,并结合我公司的实际情况,创新物流成本管理制度,以最大限度地降低物流成本,从而提高企业的利润水平。
Based on the preliminary analysis of the theory of logistics cost, this paper tries to find out the formation rules of logistics cost and innovate the logistics cost management system in combination with the actual situation of our company, in order to reduce the logistics cost to the maximum and improve the profit level of the enterprise.
