教师专业发展即教师专业化的过程。关于教师的专业发展可以从不同角度去理解,但大致有两种观点。一种观点是认为教师所从事的职业是一门专业,讨论的是其发展的专业化程度。另一种观点是指教师自身的专业发展,即教师由非专业人员成为专业人员的过程。对于研究型课程教师而言,职前培养的缺失使得专业发展的过程主要指国家对研究型课程教师职后的教育培养同教师个人在实践中不断反思研究、主动学习,从而提升研究型课程教学能力以及教育水平的过程。
Teacher professional development is the process of teacher professionalization. The professional development of teachers can be understood from different angles, but there are roughly two kinds of views. One view is that the profession a teacher is engaged in is a profession that discusses the degree of specialization in its development. Another point of view refers to the teacher’s own professional development, that is, teachers from non-professionals to become professionals in the process. For research-based teachers, the lack of pre-service training makes the process of professional development mainly refers to the national research-based curriculum teachers in post-service education and training with individual teachers in the practice of continuous reflection research, active learning, thereby enhancing the research-based curriculum teaching Ability and level of education.
