本文以生物组织切片偶合氧电极制成了组织切片过氧化氢电极。测试了电极的响应特性。在6.4×10~(-5)~1.2×10~(-3)mol/L 的过氧化氢浓度范围,该电极显示的电流变化与过氧化氢的浓度呈线性关系,相关系数0.9960。研究了不同生物组织、工作介质、温度等因素对电极性能的影响,测试了电极的干扰、重现性和组织切片的工作寿命等性能。将电极用于测试介质和牛奶中过氧化氢的回收率测定时,均获得较满意的结果。
In this paper, biological tissue sections coupled oxygen electrode made of tissue section hydrogen peroxide electrode. The response characteristics of the electrode were tested. The effects of different biological tissues, working medium, temperature and other factors on the performance of the electrode were studied. The performance of the electrode such as interference, reproducibility and working life of the tissue section was tested. The electrode was used to test the recovery of hydrogen peroxide in the test medium and milk, all obtained satisfactory results.
