胸腺激素能诱导T细胞亚群并恢复缺损的免疫系统.胸腺生成素肽32~34(TP3)和32~35(TP4)或32~36(TP5)片段有替代胸腺激素的作用,并各有明确的靶细胞专一性.鉴于各片段(Tf)有各自的化学结构和免疫学作用,本文主要研究合成的Tf对不同动物模型的治疗作用.
Thymosin induces T-cell subsets and restores the defective immune system. Thymopoietin peptides 32-34 (TP3) and 32-35 (TP4) or 32-36 (TP5) fragments have the effect of replacing thymus hormone and have Definite target cell specificity. Given that each fragment (Tf) has its own chemical structure and immunological effects, this article focuses on the therapeutic effect of synthetic Tf on different animal models.
