目的探讨党参对大强度耐力训练大鼠心肌线粒体抗氧化能力的影响。方法将30只大鼠随机均分为三组:大强度耐力训练组(A组)、大强度耐力训练+党参组(B组)和安静组(C组)。建立大强度耐力训练动物模型,分别测定心肌线粒体丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H2O2)的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性。结果与C组相比,A组大鼠心肌线粒体MDA、H2O2含量升高,抗氧化酶CAT、GSH-Px、SOD活性降低(P<0.01),而B组却能逆转上述各项观察指标(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论党参可明显提高大强度耐力训练大鼠心肌线粒体抗氧化能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of Codonopsis pilosula (TGP) on myocardial mitochondrial antioxidant capacity in trained endurance rats. Methods Thirty rats were randomly divided into three groups: high intensity endurance training group (A group), intensive endurance training + Codonopsis group (B group) and quiet group (C group). To establish the animal model of high intensity endurance training and to determine the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) , Catalase (CAT) activity. Results Compared with group C, the contents of MDA and H2O2 in myocardial mitochondria of group A were increased and the activities of CAT, GSH-Px and SOD were decreased (P <0.01), while those in group B were reversed P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Codonopsis significantly enhance myocardial mitochondrial antioxidant capacity in trained endurance rats.
