针对施工升降机普遍存在的故障维修不及时与保养落实不到位的问题,设计一种施工升降机强制性维修保养监管系统;该系统采用客户端/服务器(C/S)与浏览器/服务器(B/S)混合架构模式,由现场监控终端与远程监控平台2个部分组成,现场监控终端负责施工升降机的运行数据采集、故障诊断上报以及适时锁机控制,远程监控平台负责向现场监控终端有针对性地反馈故障维修指令并按计划发送保养实施指令;系统实行闭环管理模式,通过网站为政府与企业管理人员提供管理交互界面,利用短信为专职维修保养人员发布工作任务,专职维修保养人员经触摸屏反馈维修保养落实信息。实际应用表明,该系统能够有效保障施工升降机安全运行。
Aiming at the problems that the common faults in construction lifts are not repaired in time and the maintenance is not carried out properly, a compulsory maintenance supervision system for lifts is designed. Practical application shows that the system can effectively protect the safe operation of construction lifts.
