为确定热处理生产线高钢级油井管调质处理工艺,选用目前较为常用的调质料坯30Mn5、37Mn5、25CrMnMo、25Mn2V钢,进行API N80、P110钢级调质处理工艺先导试验试验,试验了调质工艺对试验钢组织和性能的影响,制订了实验室及车间条件下的调质热处理工艺。结果表明,经调质处理后,材料的力学性能达到了API5CT标准要求,可为高钢级油井管热处理生产提供参考。
In order to determine the quenching and tempering process of high-grade oil well pipe in the heat treatment production line, 30Mn5, 37Mn5, 25CrMnMo and 25Mn2V steels, which are commonly used, were selected to conduct the pilot test of API N80 and P110 steel grade quenching and tempering process, Process on the microstructure and properties of the test steel, developed under the conditions of the laboratory and workshop conditioning heat treatment process.
