基本建设项目竣工图是指施工结束后,根据工程实际情况所绘制的图。它是工程验收、管理、维修,扩建的依据,是基本建设项目档案的核心部分,国家十分重视做好竣工图的编制及归档工作。但由于有的人对这项工作认识不一,致使相当部分工程项目竣工图的编制及归档不尽人意。本文现就竣工图的编制及归档等有关问题谈谈个人浅见。
The completion drawing of the capital construction project refers to the figure drawn after the completion of the construction according to the actual situation of the project. It is the basis of project acceptance, management, maintenance and expansion. It is the core part of the archives of capital construction projects. The state attaches great importance to the preparation and filing of the completed drawings. However, due to some people’s different understanding of this work, resulting in a considerable part of the completion of the construction project plans and filing unsatisfactory. This article is on the completion of the preparation and filing of plans and other related personal briefings.
