马铃薯是陕西省定边县传统的粮菜兼用作物,也是全县第一大宗农作物,种植历史悠久。2007年定边县被农业部命名为“中国马铃薯特产之乡”、获陕西省无公害农产品生产基地及产品认证;2009年“定边洋芋”被国家工商总局注册受地理标志保护;2015年初,定边成为农业部在西北地区唯一的马铃薯主食化示范实验县;2016年初,定边又以马铃薯成为陕西省农业主导产业转型升级粮食类示范县。1轮作倒茬种植马铃薯对前茬要求不严格,但不能连作,应选择豆类、玉米、油料、荞麦等作物为前茬。
Potato is a traditional staple food crop in Dingbian County, Shaanxi Province. It is also the first large-scale crop in the county with a long history of cultivation. In 2007, Dingbian County was named as “Hometown of Potato Specialties in China” by the Ministry of Agriculture and was accredited as a production base of pollution-free agricultural products in Shaanxi Province and product certification. In 2009, “Dingbian Potato” was registered by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce as being protected by geographical indications ; In early 2015, Dingbian became the only experimental county in the northwest of the country. In early 2016, Dingbian and Potato became the pilot counties for the transformation and upgrading of agricultural leading industries in Shaanxi Province. 1 crop rotation planted potato on the stubble requirements are not strict, but can not be linked, should choose beans, corn, oil, buckwheat and other crops for the former crop.
