近几年来,随着企业改革的深化和产业结构调整,下岗失业职工再就业问题尤为突出。无锡市四达实业公司一方面要接纳来自主业厂——一汽锡柴厂的下岗分流职工,另一方面要消化公司内部由于机构改革再度产生的富余下岗职工。面对强大压力,他们以“三个代表”思想为指针,把积极稳妥地抓好再就业工作,作为公司经济发展的基本优先目标,以稳定促发展。目前,不仅锡柴厂得以轻装上阵,持续发展,成为行业排头兵,而且该公司自身也不断壮大发展。
