通过自主式语文课外作业优化设计,让作业成为学生自我策划、自我表现、自我超越的平台。多设计活动式、自助式、个性化的课外作业,将作业与知识、技能、创新、智能开发相融合,使课外作业真正受到学生的欢迎。自主式作业的目标是多元化的,它以全新的理念为指导,充分发挥学生的个性特点,以体现自由选择作业内容、自主决定作业形式、自我独创和集体合作相结合为主要特征。在作业目标指向上,把培养学生优良素质、最终形成以自由个性为核心的全人格作为终极目标;在作业过程中,充分尊重学生的主体地位,发挥学生的创造性,尊重学生的个体差异;在作业评价体制上,打破传统作业过于量化的特点,采取多元化的评价方式,对不同的学生提出不同层次的要求。
Optimize the design of homework assignments through autonomous languages so that homework can become a platform for students’ self-planning, self-expression and self-transcendence. The goal of autonomous operation is diversified. In the course of operation goal, we should cultivate the excellent quality of students and finally form the ultimate personality with the free personality as the core. In the process of operation, we should fully respect students ’main body position, give play to students’ creativity and respect individual differences of students. Job evaluation system, to break the traditional workload is too quantitative characteristics, to take a wide range of evaluation methods for different students put forward different levels of requirements.
