Situation of Forestry Construction in the Whole Region Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the situation of forestry construction in our region has been as gratifying as the political and economic situation in the country. It has been growing year by year, and forestry production and construction have made great strides in recent years. Great results. Three years of afforestation took three major steps. Since 1981, our district has the largest afforestation area in China. The total area of afforestation in recent three years is equivalent to that of the Third Plenary Session
