夹层锅是中药糖浆、合剂、酊剂等多种制剂生产的主要药械。上述药液的制作,是将所需药物先煮提取,然后放入夹层锅浓缩,沉淀后,取上清液,继续浓缩至规定量,加单糖浆和防腐剂等,封装即得。在装瓶前,应让药液冷却。在冬春低温天气,夹层锅煮沸的药液,需经3h的自然冷却,才能装瓶,但在夏秋高温季节,夹层锅内50万毫升煮沸药液,要在3h内自然冷却是难达到的。
