目的探讨会厌囊肿的治疗方法和疗效。方法对24例会厌囊肿患者选择了鼻内镜下微波手术治疗,术后随访6～12个月,观察疗效。结果24例患者术后1个月囊肿完全消失,随访6～12个月,无1例复发。术后仅有一例出现会厌舌面与舌根粘连,行分离术后会厌活动良好。结论鼻内镜下微波治疗会厌囊肿疗效肯定,并发症少,操作简单,便于基层开展。
Objective To investigate the treatment of epiglottic cyst and its efficacy. Methods Twenty-four patients with epigastric cysts were selected for endoscopic microwave surgery. The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months and the curative effect was observed. Results The cyst completely disappeared in 24 patients one month after operation. The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months without recurrence. Only one case appeared after epiglottis tongue and tongue base adhesions, epiglottis line separation activity good. Conclusion Endoscopic microwave treatment of epiglottis cysts certainly positive, fewer complications, simple operation, easy to carry out at the grassroots level.
