通过对陆上摇帆训练这种新的帆板训练手段的研究,从实践上为帆板运动的训练及帆板运动员的科学监控提供理论依据。结果显示:帆板属于在起航和冲刺阶段无氧代谢占优的供能项目;大负荷陆上摇帆训练是一种有效提高运动员比赛中起航和冲刺能力的训练手段;建议血清睾酮、游离睾酮和皮质醇可以作为阶段性机能监控指标,血色素和血尿素可以作为小周期机能监控指标。
Through the study of the new sailboarding training method, the paper provides a theoretical basis for the training of windsurfing and the scientific monitoring of windsurfing athletes in practice. The results show that: the windsurfing is an energy-saving project dominated by anaerobic metabolism during the start-up and sprint stages.
