本文报道顺铂为主方案联合化疗的疗效和毒性。多数患者属晚期、且系其他化疗方案失败者。肺癌、恶淋、睾丸肿瘤、骨肉瘤的有效率分别为32.4％、50％、75％、40％,一例恶黑无效。肾毒性发生率为25.7％,其中一半患者系同时应用了氨基糖甙类抗菌素或先锋霉素V。肾毒性与DDP累积量及以往曾用DDP无关。呕吐反应用中剂量灭吐灵、地塞米松联用后明显减少。血液三系均有轻微抑制,88—90％的病人血液毒性均在3—4周内消失。
This article reports the efficacy and toxicity of cisplatin-based regimens in combination with chemotherapy. Most of the patients were advanced and had lost other chemotherapy regimens. The effective rates of lung cancer, malignancy, testicular neoplasms, and osteosarcoma were 32.4%, 50%, 75%, and 40%, respectively, and one case of bad black was ineffective. The incidence of nephrotoxicity was 25.7%, and half of the patients were given an aminoglycoside antibiotic or cephalosporin V. Renal toxicity and DDP accumulation have not been related to DDP. The vomiting response was significantly reduced with the combination of the middle dose of temullin and dexamethasone. All three lines of blood were slightly inhibited, and blood toxicity of 88-90% of patients disappeared within 3-4 weeks.
