备课是体育教学工作的一个重要环节,是上好课的前提。传统做法是教师在上课前准备上课内容,按照教学进度确立单元教学计划和单元目标,再根据单元计划和目标确定课时教学计划和目标,安排教学内容,择取教学方法和场地器材的开发和准备。虽然也有关注学生的方面,但强调备学生这一点上显然做的不是很到位。现阶段体育教学更加关注常态体育课堂,师生合作备课是上好常态课的一个关键和亮点,笔者在实践中总结了浅显的方法,以期待同行的斧正。
Preparing lessons is an important part of physical education teaching and it is a prerequisite for taking good lessons. The traditional approach is that the teacher prepares the class content before class, establishes the unit teaching plan and unit goal according to the teaching progress, then determines the class teaching plan and goal according to the unit plan and goal, arranges the teaching content, chooses the teaching method and the development and preparation of the venue equipment . Although there are also student-focused aspects, the emphasis on preparing students is clearly not enough to do. At the present stage, PE teaching pays more attention to the normal PE class. Teacher-student co-cooperation preparation is a key and bright point of the normal class. In the practice, the author summarizes the simple and obvious methods to expect the awesomeness of the peers.
