实现林木速生丰产优质,是当前各国人工造林的一个共同发展趋势。我区大力营造速生丰产林,是调整林业生产结构,解决木材供需矛盾,实现木材生产从山区转向平原战略决策的重大措施。
Realizing the fast, high yield and quality of forest trees is a common development trend of artificial afforestation in various countries at present. Vigorously creating fast-growing and high-yielding forests in our region is a major measure to adjust the structure of forestry production, solve the contradiction between supply and demand of timber and realize the strategic decision of turning timber production from the mountainous areas to the plain areas.
