九五计划和2010年远景目标纲要中,新型元器件列为电子工业发展重点之一。新型元器件包括6个门类:(1)表面贴装元器件(包括表面贴装用印刷电路扳);(2)厚膜混合电路;(3)敏感元器件及传感器;(4)光电子器件;(5)新型电力电子器件;(6)新型电源(参见表1)。
In the Outline of the Ninth Five-Year Plan and the 2010 Long-term Objective, new components and parts are listed as one of the key development priorities of the electronics industry. The new components include six categories: (1) Surface mount components (including surface mount circuit boards); (2) Thick film hybrid circuits; (3) Sensitive components and sensors; (4) Optoelectronic devices; (5) New power electronic devices; (6) New power supply (see Table 1).
