为了解海盐县恶性肿瘤致死特点及变迁，用趋势检验和寿命损失率分析方法对该地区恶性肿瘤流行特点作动态分析。 １９８８～１９９６年恶性肿瘤死亡率为１２１．５０／１０万，９年间恶性肿瘤死亡趋势未出现明显变化，但寿命损失率改变有显著性意义。男性寿命损失率有显著递减趋势，提示男性恶性肿瘤致死年龄后移，年龄小者该死因死亡机率减少，寿命延长，恶性肿瘤对男性寿命影响程度下降；但女性寿命损失率有显著递增趋势，提示女性恶性肿瘤致死年龄前移，年龄小者该死因死亡机率增加，寿命缩短，恶性肿瘤对女性寿命影响程度呈上升趋势。
In order to understand the characteristics and changes in the death of malignant tumors in Haiyan County, the trends of malignant tumors in the region were dynamically analyzed using trend analysis and life loss analysis methods. The mortality rate of malignant tumors was 121.50/100000 from 1988 to 1996. There was no significant change in the death trend of malignant tumors in the past 9 years, but there was a significant change in the life loss rate. The male life loss rate has a significant decreasing trend, suggesting that the male death rate of malignant tumors is shifted. When the younger age is lower, the death rate of the death causes a reduction in the life expectancy, and the impact of malignant tumors on the life span of males declines. However, the female life loss rate has a significant increasing trend. The age of female malignant tumors is moving forward. With younger ages, the risk of death due to death increases, life expectancy is shortened, and the degree of influence of malignant tumors on women’s life span is on the rise.
