目的:比较青海与甘肃小秦艽中马钱苷酸、獐牙菜苦苷、6’-O-β-D-葡萄糖基龙胆苦苷、龙胆苦苷、獐芽菜苷、异荭草苷和异牡荆苷7种指标成分的含量,为小秦艽的合理使用提供依据。方法:采用UPLC法,色谱柱ACQUITY UPLC?BEH C18柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm);流动相甲醇-0.04%磷酸水(A∶B)溶液梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL·min-1;检测波长242 nm;柱温30℃。结果:马钱苷酸、獐牙菜苦苷、6’-O-β-D-葡萄糖基龙胆苦苷、龙胆苦苷、獐芽菜苷、异荭草苷和异牡荆苷分别在2.1~537.1,1.05~270,0.92~236,11.1~2 830,0.75~192,0.167~102,0.216~52.80μg范围内进样量与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r≥0.999 5)。平均回收率97.72%~99.84%,RSD≤3.39%。青海产小秦艽和甘肃产小秦艽7种指标成分无显著性差异。结论:小秦艽指标成分含量较低,存在不合格风险较大,使用过程中要严格把握其质量。

RESULTS: Flunarizine, swertiarin, 6’-O-β-D-glucosyl gentiopicroside, gentiopicroside, matrine glycoside, isoorientin and isovitexin, 2.1 ~ 537.1,1.05 ~ 270,0.92 ~ 236,11.1 ~ 2 830,0.75 ~ 192,0.167 ~ 102,0.216 ~ 52.80μg within the range of injection volume and peak area integral value of a good linear relationship (r ≥ 0.995). The average recovery was 97.72% ~ 99.84%, RSD≤3.39%. There were no significant differences among the seven index components in Qinghai-made Qinhuang and Gansu-made Qinhuangdao. Conclusion: The contents of the index components of Xiaoqinqilian are lower, and there is a greater risk of unqualified. The quality of the indicators should be strictly controlled during the process of using.
