去年以来,我们认真贯彻了国家发布的《节约能源管理暂行条例》,使节煤工作取得了很大成绩。去年1至9月,局供的25家工厂的工业总产值较上年同期增长3.85%,而万元产值煤耗较上年同期下降11.1%,其中有10个工厂达到了产值上升、煤耗下降、增产不增能的要求。我们在节煤工作中主要采取了三条措施。 Since last year, we have conscientiously implemented the “Provisional Regulations on Energy Conservation Management” promulgated by the state and made great achievements in saving coal. From January to September of last year, the total industrial output value of the 25 factories supplied by the bureau increased by 3.85% compared with the same period of last year, while the coal consumption per million output value decreased by 11.1% compared with the same period of last year. Among them, 10 plants reached the increase in output value and coal consumption decreased. The requirement for increasing production is not increased. We have mainly adopted three measures in our coal saving work.
