1990年初投产的盐城市矿务局胶合板厂,投产第一年,亏损74万元。厂领导从失利中醒悟过来,决心以科技为领头雁,振兴胶合板厂,确立了依靠科技进步,实行多层次加工,开发高新技术产品,开拓外向型经济,发展集团化规模的经营战略。经过两年多的努力,已逐步建立起科技兴厂的新机制。 1 内育外引的科技人才体系 两年多来,工厂先后举办林机维修、电工、施工操作、制胶工艺、干燥技术、质量监督与控制、安全作业等13类专业培训班共27期,
