现代技术的发展与应用,使受体研究成为现代生物医学科学中最活跃的领域之一。其中,放射配基受体结合分析法(RBA)又是当前受体研究的主要手段,为了简化检测流程、保持样品内受体活性和提高灵敏度,利用完整细胞进行受体的研究,我们在改制“简易恒冷切片箱”和采用国产~(125)碘标记配基的基础上,研究建立了组织切片放射配基受体结合微量分析法,为受体研究提供一项适合临床应用的微量分析技术。
