为探索烤烟烟叶质量评价指标间的关系,于2011-2013年间采集湖南257个烟叶样品,通过简单相关和典型相关研究化学成分与物理性状的相关性。结果表明:湖南烤烟化学成分多数指标间呈极显著相关;物理性状除叶长、平衡含水率与含梗率之间无显著相关外,其余指标间均呈显著或极显著相关;化学成分与物理性状之间存在显著相关,主要由总糖与叶长(正相关)、叶宽(正相关)、单叶重(负相关),总氮与单叶重(正相关)、叶面积质量(正相关),烟碱与单叶重(正相关)、叶面积质量(正相关)、叶长(正相关)、叶宽(负相关)的相关性决定。研究结果为丰富烟叶质量评价体系提供了一定的参考。
In order to explore the relationship between the quality evaluation indexes of flue-cured tobacco leaves, 257 tobacco samples from Hunan were collected during 2011-2013. The correlations between chemical composition and physical properties were studied by simple correlation and canonical correlation. The results showed that most of the chemical constituents in flue-cured tobacco in Hunan Province showed a significant correlation. Most of the indicators had significant or extremely significant correlations except for leaf length, equilibrium water content and the percentage of stems contained. The results provide some references for enriching tobacco quality evaluation system.
