目的了解哈尔滨市健康人群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(以下简称流脑)带菌状况和免疫水平,预测流脑发病的趋势,为流脑的防控提供科学依据。方法选择宾县作为哈尔滨市流脑监测点。监测点按《全国流脑监测方案》要求,采集3个乡的<1岁、1~2岁、3~4岁、5~6岁、7~14岁、15~19岁及20岁以上共7个年龄组人群的咽拭子及静脉血分别进行健康人群带菌调查及人群抗体水平检测。结果哈尔滨市健康人群A群流脑IgG抗体的总阳性率为82.86%(174/210),C群流脑IgG抗体的总阳性率为62.38%(131/210);健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(以下简称Nm)的带菌率为3.33%(7/210)。结论哈尔滨市健康人群Nm带菌率较低,健康人群A群流脑IgG抗体阳性率维持在较高水平,C群流脑IgG抗体阳性率相对较低,表明大部分人对A群有免疫力,但C群感染率较高。
Objective To understand the prevalence and immunization status of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis (hereinafter referred to as “meningitis”) in healthy population in Harbin and to predict the trend of the incidence of meningococci and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of meningitis. Results The total positive rate of IgG in group A was 78.26% (174/210) in healthy population in Harbin, and that in group C was 62.38% (131/210) in positive control. The positive rate of Neisseria meningitidis Bacteria (hereinafter referred to as Nm) carrier rate was 3.33% (7/210). Conclusion The prevalence of Nm in healthy population in Harbin is relatively low, the positive rate of IgG antibody in group A is higher than that in healthy population, while the positive rate of IgG antibody in group C is relatively low, indicating that most people have immunity to group A, However, C group infection rate is higher.
