将覆盖渣技术应用于非晶母合金的重熔工艺中,根据覆盖渣的设计原则,从渣金反应热力学和覆盖渣物理性能着手,最终选取了质量比为1:1的NaF-CaF2作为重熔Zr50Cu50合金的覆盖渣,经重熔实验验证,渣金分离良好,合金中气体含量无明显增加,覆盖渣与合金之间无相互的元素渗透,覆盖渣保护合金熔体的性能良好,实现了非真空条件下非晶母合金的重熔.
