品健康美食,竞中西厨艺。由国际橄榄理事会携手中国烹饪协会举办的橄榄油厨艺大赛目前正在火热进行中。自9月20号初赛作品征集开始,不足一月时间已有近百名各地名厨参与厨艺竞技。从热菜到汤品,参赛作品形式多样,各具特色,都体现着这次大赛的核心主题:“点滴改变,健康升级”。参赛作品将西方橄榄油与中式烹饪食材融合,以中国传统“食疗”概念发掘橄榄油及油橄榄的健康功效,完美诠释了“中西合璧”的健康理念。
Healthy food, competing Chinese and Western cooking. The olive oil culinary competition organized by the International Olive Council and the China Cuisine Association is currently underway. Since the recruitment of the preliminary contest on September 20th, nearly 100 famous chefs have participated in cooking competitions in less than a month. From the hot dishes to the soup products, the entries have various forms and characteristics, which all reflect the core theme of the competition: “Drops change, health upgrade”. Entries combine Western olive oil with Chinese cooking ingredients and explore the health effects of olive oil and olive oil with the traditional Chinese concept of “therapeutic treatment”, which perfectly explains the concept of “Chinese and Western combination”.
