古蔺本土化师资培训,是地方政府为发展贫困山区教育事业、造就扎根山区的师资队伍的重要举措。创新教育进入培训过程,既有现实意义,更具功用性价值。对学生创新意识的培养,有助于他们在未来工作岗位上教书育人、更新教育、不辱使命。必须科学定位创新教育的课堂教学目标,确保教学过程的开放性、实效性,才能有效培养本土化山区教师的创新意识。
Gulin local teachers training is the local government for the development of education in impoverished mountain areas, creating root troops in mountainous areas an important measure for teachers.
