目的对妇产科护理实践中人性化护理的应用效果进行观察。方法将本院妇产科于2015年11月至2016年11月收治的110例患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机表法分为两组,即观察组和对照组,每组55例患者。对对照组应用的是常规的护理模式,对观察组患者在常规护理的基础上应用人性化护理模式,对两组患者护理的临床效果进行比较分析。结果两组患者经过护理干预后,观察组患者的护理满意度为98.2%,对照组为87.3%,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有显著的统计学意义;观察组患者的焦虑程度明显不如对照组严重,P<0.05,差异具有显著的统计学意义。结论妇产科护理实践中人性化护理的应用效果显著,可有效改善患者的焦虑情况,提升其护理满意度,使患者得到舒适人性化的护理,提高其生存质量,值得被广泛应用于临床。
Objective To observe the effect of humanized nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing practice. Methods One hundred and ten patients admitted from November 2015 to November 2016 in our hospital were divided into two groups (observation group and control group, 55 patients in each group). The conventional nursing model was applied to the control group, and the humanized nursing model was applied to the observation group on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing intervention, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.2% and that of the control group was 87.3%, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant; the observation group patients Anxiety was significantly worse than the control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing practice is remarkable. It can effectively improve patients’ anxiety, enhance their nursing satisfaction, make the patients receive comfortable and humane care and improve their quality of life, which deserves to be widely used in clinical practice.
