大白菜是北方城乡居民冬春季节的主要食用蔬菜,提高大白菜品质、产量既可增加农民的经济收入,又可调解城乡居民食菜的营养成份。大白菜是一种高产蔬菜,技术性较强,必须抓好每一个技术环节,才能获得高额产量。 一、选好品种。选择优质、丰产抗病品种是提高产量的基础。近几年我市主要推广的品种有丰抗70、晋菜3号、晋菜6号、太原二青、玉青,以及山东4号、7号等品种。其中丰抗70,叶色淡绿,球叶叠抱,叶球呈倒锥形,单球重6.5公斤,品质优良,高抗软腐病、霜霉病、病毒病,营养价值高,耐运输。
