北京协和医院建筑能耗监管系统的建设与应用

能耗计量、统计分析是能源管理中的基础工作,其重点是根据医院自身能耗考核以及控制的目的、方法建立适合医院自身的能耗统计分析模型,并对每一个有价值的耗能单元进行监测。北京协和医院在国家卫生计生委、住房城乡建设部联合启动的全国医院建筑能耗监管系统建设试点工作中,按照“建筑-系统-子系统-设备-科室”、“建筑-楼层-科室-系统-设备”等不同逻辑建立能耗统计模型,对价值的耗能单元加装计量表,对不具备加装条件的单元设置模拟计量表,配合施工过程中的计划管理,最终实现不同能源类型、建筑、楼层、科室、用能系统、设备、时间等多维度的能耗实时在线监测及统计分析。通过系统建设,提升了后勤人员节能意识,促进了后勤管理精细化,为医院全面预算管理提供了有力保障,为医院后勤信息化建设积累了宝贵经验。医院建筑能耗监管系统指通过对医院建筑安装分类和分项能耗计量装置,采用远程传输等手段及时采集能耗数据,实现医院能耗在线监测和动态分析功能的硬件系统和软件系统的统称。2014年5月,国家卫生计生委、住房城乡建设部联合启动了全国医院建筑能耗监管系统建设试点工作,并下发了《医院建筑能耗监管系统建设技术导则(试行)》,为节能减排的实施奠定坚实的基础。 Energy consumption measurement and statistical analysis are the basic work in energy management.
