目的建立同时测定工作场所空气中正己烷、丙酮、丁酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯等6种有毒物质的填充物气相色谱法。方法采用活性炭管吸附采集样品,经二硫化碳解吸后进样,恒温法,填充柱分离,FID检测器气相色谱法检测。结果在建立的实验条件下,6种待测物质在填充柱上分离良好,工作曲线的相关系数r值在0.999以上,加标回收率在86.4%~95.2%之间。结论该方法能有效分离和准确测定工作场所空气中正己烷、丙酮、丁酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯等6种有毒物质,且操作简单,所需仪器设备便宜,尤其适用于基层实验室。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of n-hexane, acetone, butanone, benzene, toluene, xylene and other six kinds of toxic substances in the workplace air. Methods Samples were collected by activated charcoal tube and desorbed by carbon disulfide. The samples were separated by thermostat method, packed column and detected by gas chromatography with FID detector. Results Under the established experimental conditions, the six analytes were well separated on the packed column. The correlation coefficient r of the working curve was above 0.999, and the recoveries were between 86.4% and 95.2%. Conclusion The method can effectively separate and accurately determine six kinds of toxic substances such as n-hexane, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, benzene, toluene and xylene in the air of the workplace. The method is simple in operation and low in cost and is especially suitable for primary laboratory.
