本文对21例曾经发生自发性心房扑动48小时以上的患者,在心律转复为窦性心律后的2个月内进行电生理研究,以探讨心房传导疾病是否是无心房扩大及其他促发因素的心脏病人发生心房扑动的促发因素。21例中7例为冠心病,2例有高血压史,6例为“退变”性心脏病,5例原因不明,1例为二尖瓣脱垂。另取11例心电图与电生理观察均正常的同年龄病人作对照组。方法:在食管内置一双极电极记录左房电图,经静脉在高位右房置放二根双极导管,一根记录高位右房电图,一根供起搏用。横跨三尖瓣处置一六极导管,分别记录低位右房、
In this paper, 21 cases of spontaneous atrial flutter occurred more than 48 hours in patients with arrhythmia within 2 months after the electrophysiological study to investigate whether the atrial conduction disease is atrial enlargement and other unexplored Factors that trigger the development of atrial flutter in cardiac patients.
