阿斯匹林铝(Aluminium Aspirin)学名为 Hydroxy-bis(acetylsalicylato)aluminium。是由二分子乙酰水杨酸形成的羟基铝盐。它对胃肠道刺激作用小于阿斯匹林,化学稳定性比阿斯匹林高,临床上用于阿斯匹林不耐受的患者。文献报导阿斯匹林铝的制备方法是将阿斯匹林乙醇溶液加到异丙醇铝的甲苯溶液中,反应完毕后,加水使产品析出。尚可用硫酸铝水溶液与阿斯匹林的甲醇溶液反应。但用上述方法制得的阿斯匹林铝较难过滤,产率较低。
Aluminum Aspirin has the scientific name Hydroxy-bis (acetylsalicylato) aluminum. Is formed by two molecules of acetylsalicylic acid hydroxy aluminum salt. It has less gastrointestinal irritation than aspirin and is more chemically stable than aspirin and is clinically used in aspirin intolerance. Still available aluminum sulfate solution and aspirin methanol solution reaction. However, the aspirin obtained by the above method is harder to filter and the yield is lower.
