本文对当前车辆运用工作中几个主要问题的改革和前景进行了探讨。提出在旅客列车的库检、站检、乘检工作中,应加强库检,保持乘检,缩小站检;货物列车检修所应向“点少,人少,作业范围小,技检时间短”的方向发展;将爱车点改为装卸修,并切实予以加强。还分析了轴检过期车多的原因及解决办法。并对运用系统之间信息反馈与质量控制及运用系统应积极采用、推广的新技术提出了具体的看法。
This paper discusses the reform and prospects of several major issues in the current vehicle operation. It is proposed that in the work of depot inspection, station inspection and passenger inspection of passenger trains, the inspection of trains should be strengthened to keep multiply seized and reduce the number of station seizures. Cargo train overhaul should be “less in number, less in personnel, less in scope and shorter in technical inspection time ”The direction of the development; car will be changed to loading and unloading repair, and effectively be strengthened. Also analyzed the reasons for axles expired vehicles and solutions. And put forward specific views on using information feedback and quality control between systems and using the system should actively adopt and promote new technologies.
