一、引言计算机在数值计算、数据处理、辅助设计和企业管理方面的应用所表现出来的惊人的能力,已为人们所熟知。计算机在这些领域里的应用仍蕴含着巨大的潜力,还有待进一步开发。除此之外,由于人工智能技术的发展,使得计算机在处理属于人的知识及思维方面的应用已举世瞩目。进入八十年代以来,人工智能的软件产品越来越多地投放到市场,如机器人,机器翻译器,自然语言处理系统,专家系统等。而在这些人工智能产品中最引人注目的要算是专家系统。所谓专家系统,实际上也是一种计算机程序,只不过这种程序能够完成各种专业领域中的人类专家所从事的工作。为了有助于从事水利水电工程专业的科技教学人员了解专家系统及其应用的情况,本文拟就专家系统的有关问题以及它在水利水电工程领域里的应用前景作一概略的介绍。
I. INTRODUCTION The remarkable ability of computers to be used in numerical calculation, data processing, auxiliary design and business management has been well known. The use of computers in these areas still has tremendous potential and needs to be further developed. In addition, due to the development of artificial intelligence technology, the application of computers in dealing with the knowledge and thinking belonging to people has attracted worldwide attention. Since the 1980s, artificial intelligence software products have been increasingly introduced to the market, such as robots, machine translators, natural language processing systems, expert systems and the like. The most compelling of these AI products is an expert system. The so-called expert system is actually a computer program, except that it is capable of carrying out the work of human experts in various fields of specialization. In order to help the science and technology teaching staff engaged in water conservancy and hydropower engineering to understand the expert system and its application, this article will give a brief introduction on the relevant problems of the expert system and its application foreground in the field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
