我是不赞成一搞多投的,因为一稿多投实际上是一种投机行为,是文风不正的表现。一篇稿子,多家刊物采用,也是对社会财富的一种浪费。在中华人民共和国著作权法颁布后,仍进行一稿多投,严格地说是违法的做法。江西《价格月刊》在多次正告一稿多投者以后,仍然发现这一现象,在1992年第10期《价格月刊》上,对一稿多投者给以善意的批评是必要的。但对于其他刊物来说,
