单位焊轨队担负着太原铁路局侯马北工务段南同蒲线、候月候西线无缝线路的轨缝焊接任务。目前采用的是法国拉伊台克国际公司的钢轨铝热焊接QPCJ工艺,每年焊接轨缝平均达3 000多个。焊接质量高、速度快,对钢轨无缝线路质量的提高起到了积极的作用。钢轨铝热焊工艺具有专业性强、操作人员分工细、多工种交叉作业等特点。在实践中,若要缩短焊接作业时间,提高焊接质量,不仅需要依靠焊接工艺的不断改进,而且还要实行科学的作业管理方法。 Unit welding team is responsible for Taiyuan Railway Bureau Houma North Public Works South Tongpu line, waiting on the west line seamless rail seam welding task.
